The Farm Business Management Program 12 Month Program – Starts 13th July 2020

Drought affected primary producers in South Australia are invited to participate a 12 month program aimed at increasing your business skills and building business resilience.

Starting 13 July, the 12-month program involves one-on-one coaching and group online sessions for drought affected producers across South Australia. Access to resources and online tools underpin the process, as do quarterly follow up sessions, allowing participants to move towards achieving goals within the business.

The Farm Business Management Program is facilitated by Pinion Advisory (formally Rural Directions), and will give you access to one-on-one coaching, group sessions and tools to help you move towards reaching your business goals.

What the program involves
  • review of your business – including identifying risks and opportunities
  • developing a tailored business plan to your farm business
  • regular contact through one-on-one coaching, group sessions and follow up sessions
  • access to resources and online tools.
