The Marjorie Jackson-Nelson Centre for Women’s Sport exists to support, develop and champion women working across South Australia’s sport and active recreation sector.
What is the Marjorie Jackson-Nelson Centre for Women’s Sport?
The MJN Centre for Women’s Sport is a year-long leadership and professional development program designed for women who are passionate about shaping the future of sport. The program brings together a cohort of emerging and established leaders to build capability, confidence and connection across the sector.
What does the program offer?

The program is open to women from all areas of sport — including administration, coaching, officiating, governance and volunteering — who are ready to invest in their development and make a positive impact.

Applications for the 2026/2027 Program must be submitted by 12pm, 2 June 2026, with a view to commencing the program in July.
