A special moment in Napperby’s history was celebrated on Saturday 25 October with the opening of the “Now and Then” Time Capsule — sealed back in the year 2000 and unveiled 25 years later by the very same Mayor, Ken Madigan.

I was proud to attend this nostalgic and heartwarming event, which brought the community together to reflect on the past and celebrate the present.

Thanks to funding received through the PIRSA Connecting Communities Grant – Drought Funding, the Napperby Memorial Hall was able to host the event with shade, toilet facilities, and catering, making it a comfortable and enjoyable day for all.
